  • Subscribe on this page and then request following access to the account @courtneybowyouknow with the same account you subscribe with. (I check each request manually to make sure the usernames match and that there are no fake or male owned accounts)

  • It’s a space where we explore creativity, healing, self-care and whatever else is happening in the collective :)

  • Yes! No hard feelings whenever you need a break, you can cancel whenever and are welcome back when spots open up again.

  • I’m growing this slowly so there are only a small number of spots each month that open up. It’ll ebb and flow so I’ll announce as we go.
